Research Question How does mindfulness training impact postgraduate coaching students in terms of personal development, perception of mindfulness, and academic performance? Methodology The study was conducted among 67 postgraduate coaching students who participated in a 10-week mindfulness program. The research utilized the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) pre- and post-training, daily practice logs, and students’ self-reports on their experiences. Findings

  • 85% of participants showed an increase in their mindfulness scores following the training.
  • 78% of students reported a positive impact from the training, including improvements in attention, presence, and self-regulation.
  • A positive correlation was found between mindfulness practice and favorable attitudes towards training.
