A thorough process of improving, validating, and nurturing the academic article database on the Research Committee website was recently completed, under the professional leadership of committee member Sandes Abbasi. The goal before us was clear: to ensure that every trainer and researcher who enters the knowledge center will enjoy a smooth, reliable, and highly updated experience.

What did the improvement process entail?
The process, which was carried out with great care, was not only technical but also essential for the quality of the bureau’s content:
Academic validation and accuracy: Dozens of articles were scanned to ensure that the year of publication and links to academic sources were accurate and active.

Language accessibility and synchronization: Thorough care was taken to synchronize the Hebrew and English website to prevent “disappearing articles” in searches, based on the perception that research knowledge must be fully accessible in every language.
Cleaning and organizing the database: Duplicates were removed and deficiencies were updated, including adding dozens of new articles and research summaries from the years 2025-2026 to enrich the center.

Quality control: We are in a constant process of reviewing new articles and verifying their academic level before they are uploaded to the site.

Our vision
This improvement process is an integral part of the research committee’s commitment to making the Knowledge Center the home of research in the field of coaching in Israel. We believe that establishing the coaching profession goes through making high-quality, accessible, and accurate research available.
